The words in red are written by me, Toni DeMoulin. I use these names, these key words, to help my students remember the form's sequence. The Hao form sequence is the same sequence as the traditional Yang Long Form, but NOT.  Different but the same. This is why I use names from the Yang Long Form. These notes reflect my studies with Master Alex Dong. When I studied the Hao form with Master Tung Kai Ying, many of the diagonal movements were executed in the straight direction.  Each school's individual style will be different, however the sequence will probably be the same. You cannot learn a form by studying a list of the movements' names. This list will help a student in the process of memorizing the Hao form.  Lists and Lists with notes are very handy tools for the taiji practioner. I apologize if I have offended anyone’s sensivities by my comments, key words and names.
